Originally from Atlanta, GA, Ashley relocated to the Lowcountry in 2021, bringing Southern charm, professionalism, and a lifetime of local insight to every client experience.
A graduate of Hilton Head High School and TCL College, Ashley spent 17 years in the food and beverage industry—seven of those with Sea Pines Country Club and Sea Pines Resort—where she developed her signature approach to hospitality, service, and relationship-building.
In 2020, Ashley transitioned into real estate, bringing her passion for people and deep community ties to her role as a Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Advisor with May River Group at Engel & Völkers Hilton Head–Bluffton, where she earned the Circle of Honor Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023 for her commitment to excellence and exceptional client service. She now continues her work with May River Group at Maxey Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate, where she remains dedicated to delivering an elevated and personalized client experience.
As an active member of the Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS® and a proud supporter of RPAC, Ashley is committed to protecting and strengthening the real estate industry in the Lowcountry. Whether representing a waterfront property in Hilton Head, a charming home in Old Town Bluffton, or a private estate in Beaufort, she approaches every transaction with integrity, market knowledge, and thoughtful care.
When she’s not helping clients find their perfect Lowcountry home, Ashley enjoys mountain getaways, tropical beaches, live music, cruising, and golf cart rides through Bluffton’s historic streets. She loves hosting friends for dinner and spending time with her beloved dog, Morris, and her family.
